I have seven steps on how I manage screen time for myself and they are very simple:
1.) Tracking my screen time and habits.
2.) I limit my number of screens.
3.) I do everything in my power to make my phone less appealing.
4.) Skip the screen and go straight to old school.
5.) Schedule screen-free breaks.
6.) Set clear work boundaries.
7.) Switch OFF before bed…I’ll thank myself later.
Ultimately, the most important thing for me is not to be so hard on myself about my screen time. Even if I use one or two of these tips, any changes I make could have a positive impact on my health and well-being.
