What Food Is My Specialty?

I have a lot of favorite foods to choose from and when I choose them I know I very much I’m going to enjoy it, but the food that I feel is such a specialty to me is barbeque ribs. I just LOVE the taste of ribs coming straight off the grill after being cooked and seasoned thoroughly and once I get me a piece or two on a plate, trust and believe, I’m gonna definitely slam without stopping!

Now don’t get me wrong, I do love various foods when cooked or prepared well-done and not having to cook it again, but when it comes to barbecued ribs they have to be tender and come right off the bone because I have very short patience when cutting meat; it has to come right off because the taste is not gonna be there for long BUT it’s the sauce that I want to keep from getting all on my fingers that I think about when eating ribs, but that’s OK, it comes with the territory when enjoying a nice, well-hooked up plate of ribs, especially on holidays such as Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. Trust me, next year I’ll DEFINITELY be the first in line when the ribs are ready!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
