Yes, I said it, the weekend is here and I’m going to enjoy it for the first time in a while. I placed an order for two books from PangoBooks (my first time using them) and got to say that their services are pretty good! The books I ordered dealt with the lives and financial successes of Andrew Carnegie and J. P. Morgan, two of America’s most well-known businessmen who shaped America into what it is today, a powerhouse nation like no other and still is hands down! I’m gonna enjoy reading these two books pretty soon when I’m done with Homeland, by John Jakes (this novel is good so far, STILL reading it though).
This weekend I’m also gonna step out and go see Daphnique Springs, an up-and-coming comedienne from L.A. who’s visiting Chicago’s City Winery in the West Loop and I know she’s gonna tear the house down with her sassy, smartass yet sensual humor (especially when it comes to relationships, which she’s REAL good at talking about), and I know I’m gonna have a great time (tonight) and so on, so let the weekend begin with a literary AND hilarious bang!😂📚😂📚😂
