The Five Types of Groceries I Buy

     There are a lot of things I love to buy when it comes to food, but the most important stuff that I purchase are the following and why:

     -Milk: To me this is the most important drink that I love because it not only has the most ingredients in it which are dairy products, but it also has calcium, which strengthens the bones and has Vitamin D, which is also good for building muscles and cells (milk goes great with cookies too, which I gotta have when drinking milk!😋😋😋).

     -Oranges: Oranges are good, yet I love all types of fruit, but at times I see oranges as a fruit that gives you the sweet source of flavor that gets a person through the day and it also has an excellent source of Vitamin C, which is needed EVERYDAY (living in either California or Florida isn’t such a bad idea for someone who loves the sweet, tempting taste of either orange juice or just eating one!🍊🍊🍊

     -Chicken: Chicken…the most well-known meat known to mankind. We all love it, enjoy it’s taste, it’s flavor and the way it’s prepared, whether it’s baked, broiled, barbequed or fried, we all have a fascinating way of the way it’s done and no matter how (Oh, it’s also has a lot of protein in it, which is good as well, and it’s STILL gonna taste good! 🐔 🐔 🐔

-Carrots: This is the vegetable that gives us that so-called “good eyesight”, so they say, but I do in a sense believe it because I’ve heard stories about the certain types of nutrients in carrots that is “supposed” to make the retina of the eyes more sharper and make viewing more improving, so I’ll go with the idea that this is true, depending on who you ask. Carrots are a good vegetable and I wouldn’t take it’s use and taste for granted. 🥕 🥕 🥕

-Pastries: I have a sweet tooth at times and I make sure it doesn’t control my health when it comes to eating them. I love cookies (and cakes at times), but cookies are a good treat that I can enjoy when I want to snack on something, even ice cream fits into the category and I love that as well, but cookies AND milk together is DEFINITELY my weakness and I have to admit that. Whether it’s chocolate, oatmeal raisin or peanut butter, I love cookies all the same!🍪🍪🍪

So yo see, I just named the five groceries or foods that I love so much and can’t seem to get enough of. Someday I’ll name my favorite big breakfasts, lunches and dinners!🤗🤗🤗
