I have a love/hate relationship with cooking. I am a good cook, not the best, but I do what I can when I can and trust me, it is fine. I can cook, bit I really do suck at baking, I guess because I never learned that skill for my late mother and oldest sister were the bakers of the family. I can cook steak, some chicken, pastas, vegetables, a few treats and make good drinks (although making drinks is NOT cooking). I admit that I’m horrible at frying SOME foods like shrimp, sauteed meals, cornbread and so for. It’s nothing wrong with not knowing how to cook EVERYTHING you like, but as long as you can cook there’s no problem whatsoever, so Bon Appetit on whatever you eat…
