How Often Do I Walk or Run…

I walk AND run, but I walk a WHOLE lot because it relaxes me in a sense and I do a lot of thinking while on my feet and I keep myself focused whenever I move around to get to wherever I got to and make sure that my health is intact whenever I move around. I rarely run and just getting to someplace by just running will just run up my heart rate and I really don’t want that to happen. It’d be better if I just took a simple stroll either to work, the store, to work (which I currently do since I live nearby my place of employment), or anywhere I go I know that I’ll get there with a clear head and a stable sense of peace without any worries whatsoever…☺️☺️☺️🤗🤗🤗
